If you prefer, you can bake them in a conventional oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8–12 minutes until crunchy—watch closely so they don’t burn.

To make microwave pepperoni chips, arrange slices on a plate with space between each slice so they don’t stick. Microwave on high for about one minute, keeping an eye on them the first time you try this to find the ideal timing for your appliance. As they cool they firm up and become crispier.
